What’s going on, guys? Ryan here with Flagship inside of our LaGrange flip project. Looking a lot different now. Had some great progress over the last week or two. Flooring went in this week. Man, it just changes everything. It’s looking a lot better. We’re so close in here now. The guys are working on the outside. Still got about another week probably on the exterior. We’re going to the paint all the brick and all that, but we are getting close. All the cabinet doors are painted. They just haven’t been hung yet. We got granite in. We got our plumbing fixtures in. So we are rocking and rolling here.
Got floors all throughout here. New floors. We’ve got our new carpet in the bedrooms. Still got a couple of light fixtures to put in. Got to put in the shower fixtures, new shower head, new shower spout, all that kind of stuff. That’s my big challenge right now. I’m trying to find something that fits so that I don’t have to cut this tile out. But man, give it another week or two, we’re going to be done with this bad boy and have it ready to list.
