Hoarder Flip Almost Complete! [Leesburg, GA]

What’s going on guys? This is Ryan with Flagship. Haven’t seen this house in a while, but we are almost done with it and it looks a lot different than what it looked like at first. So let’s take a quick tour. Start on the outside here. The driveway was here, but it was overgrown. You couldn’t really see, so we sprayed everything, brought in some new rock, added this little metal section with white rock, and then you can see, did a lot of landscaping in the front, pine straw, added this border around the driveway. It’s marked out, added the shrubbery. We still got to come in here and paint the rest of these steps. We didn’t paint them because we were going to have people in and out all over the place while we were rehabbing, but new windows are in. Exterior paint is done for the most part.

Walk inside here. So we just got floors installed. There’s still a handful of little things we got to do, but we’re primarily done in here. Biggest issue with this one is the ceiling and beams. The ceiling was partially popcorn, so we had to scrape it and then after we scraped it, it just isn’t super smooth, so there’s a lot of imperfections in the ceiling I think we’re just going to have to deal with. As you can see, there’s some gaps where these beams were put up. We’re going to fix that, so that should be smoothed out pretty good.

But as you can see, for the most part, it looks really good. The floors look great, kitchen looks great. New cabinets, granite, new appliances. We’ve got to install the microwave, refrigerator, and range. That’ll be done here shortly this weekend. But nice gold fixtures, gold handles, stainless steel appliances going in, granite countertops, nice backsplash. We’ve got a bedroom here. Doors and handles installed, new ceiling fan, new tile, shower. We got to come in here and touch up around the tile where they did it. We haven’t panned that yet. New toilet, new vanity. Got to put a mirror up, but that’ll get done this weekend as well.

Second bedroom, largely the same, so looking good there. Come in here through this master bathroom. So we’ve got a brand new, pretty good size vanity, new mirrors, new light fixtures, new plumbing fixtures. Put new plumbing fixtures in the shower. We decided not to tile the shower, just new fixtures. Obviously got to get everything deep cleaned, so this stuff’s still really nasty, but it works. New floors in here, new toilet, so everything looks really good. It just needs a deep cleaning and touch up the paint and everything.

Now I’ve got the master bedroom here. New light, new carpet, new paint. So yeah, we are about 90% done on this house. Got my handyman coming to touch up the paint and do a lot of these little last second items this weekend and hopefully we’ll be able to get it cleaned and on the market within the next week or two.
